"Worst ever!!"

False Advertising!! The property looked nothing like the photos online. It was a motel that appeared to be subsidized housing. We checked in. Should have been clued in by lobby which was smelly with boxes lying around. Drove around to the room, and after seeing the conditions immediately checked out.

Location and price

The tub was dirty and the water flow in the sink was very slow. The pool was not available. It wasn’t like the description. The window needs to be replaced. I was told it has a nice side and not nice looking side to the motel.

There was no hot water The curtains was hanging curtain rods was broken couldn’t close the window so ppl could see str8 thru it

How they combined 2 room to make 1 whole suit 2 bathrooms

"Mainstay, Florence SC"

This place was almost scary. I had strange people knocking on my door and I was verbally accosted by guest drinking on the balcony. They took a $100 deposit which I have yet to get back. The room was dank and cold and I couldn’t wait to check out. I am extremely disappointed. This place should not even be open as there was construction everywhere and the lobby was in shambles. Also, no breakfast was served as advertised because everything was in disarray.

"Not staying at MainStay again"

It was poor. “Breakfast “ was a bag with cheese crackers, a Little Debbie Cake and a small bottled water. Room was clean, but no sink drain covers, no ice machine, very wrinkled sheets and pillow cases and bed spread. The front desk attendant had such a heavy accent he was I’m impossible to understand. Awakened at 3:30 with continuous knocking on a door nearby with no inroom phone to call the front desk. The outdoor area was not clean. Ti had trash and cigarette buts on the ground. We will not be staying at MainStay Suites again.
