Tuvimos una habitación muy especial, así que sin duda las vistas y la piscina de la habitación fue lo que más me gustó. Pero el desayuno, la cena en el restaurante y la atención de todo el personal fue maravillosa, estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de que no nos faltase nada.

No puedo puntuar nada de forma negativa, pero si tengo que hacer un comentario de forma constructiva, sería más sombra en la piscina principal, apenas había sombrillas para poder disfrutar en la zona de la piscina principal.

The hotel is in an extraordinary location between the upper and lower barrages and has an amazing view of Philae temple. It means you have to take a small shuttle boat to go anywhere but that was part of the charm, was easy to organise and taxis know where to drop you off and pick you up. It also means its very quiet. The infinity pool is beautiful and friends we were with also enjoyed the spa treatments. The on site restaurant and bar is very good and reasonably priced and the hotel will organise a breakfast box if you are leaving early for a trip or for an early flight.

Great hotel, beautiful location! 😃 great staff! Sami, Ibrahim and Islam in the restaurant were brilliant and the staff on the check in desk where super friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean and had great views.

Pinch yourself location. Best service we had in Egypt. Great pool. Delicious food.

فندق هادئ جداً استثنائي في هدوئه وكذلك خدمة الغرف اكثر من رائعه- الموظفين جميعهم متدربين ومتعلمين فن التعامل مع العملاء بشكل ممتاز جداً ولا اريد ان انسى اي شخص فيهم ولكن اشكر ( منه - نيرڤانا - يوسف في الاستقبال - ابراهم موظف في المطعم - ابراهيم سواق التوكتوك ) فكرة انك تروح وتجي بالمركب تجربه رائعه
