My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and located in a safe, peaceful area. Every detail—from the spotless rooms to the friendly, attentive staff—made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

This is the nicest place I've stayed. Staff was so nice, everything was spotless, and view is amazing!!!

The room was a great size. I enjoyed having a living, dining room, & full kitchen. We didnt cook, but having room for beverages, snacks, & left overs was a major plus. The valet staff was Always pleasant and helpful, but parking was expensive ($58 per night). The property is well kept. You also need a key to use the elevator which made us feel very safe that only occupants could enter. They did not have any cleaning services the whole 5 days which was the only odd thing. However, they had plenty of towels and offered to bring sheets and towels upon request. Lastly, the location is central to alot of popular location. Overall, I would come back again.

I love the customer service from the time that we arrived up until the time that we left. It started from the bell service with KeAaron. KeAaron, has gone above and beyond both times that I have stayed here. Also, Emani at the front desk helped me even before my arrival to make sure that I was accommodated with my special requests. I love this place and it has now become my new home when I'm in Atlanta.

Gym was nice.

Very busy area and crowds of people hanging around outside hotel In the evening. Did not feel safe outside hotel. Had a very loud group of people staying in neighboring room with loud music playing throughout the night.
