Margaritaville Vacation Club - Atlanta

My room had the smell of strong Indian spices as if someone cooked Indian food in the room. We sprayed Lysol but the smell was very strong and profound when you first enter the room.

Never again! I have stayed away from timeshare presentations due to high pressure sales. While visiting the Georgia Aquarium an employee representing Wyndham, but wearing Georgia Aquarium gear, talked us into taking a tour of the Margaritaville/Wyndham facility as a consolation prize due to the dolphin experience being closed down. The reward was supposed to be a free lunch and travel vouchers. This "tour" turned into 3+ hours of high pressure sales tactics. Reassuring me and my daughter that there would be no hard credit check for supposedly buying ownership in the timeshare, we found in fact 3 hard checks did occur, significantly affecting our credit. The sales team did everything they could to get "blood from a turnip" to the point I was in tears. I had just buried my husband 3 weeks earlier and was definitely vulnerable. I have always prided myself for not being vulnerable. They took our phones to supposedly help walk us through the application process. Now, because I let my guard down, I feel violated and am worried about my future credit. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS no matter how friendly and caring the sales team come across.

Bar and restaurant need to open earlier and stay open later. Need a hotel restaurant with a bar in addition to Margaritaville

The rooms were super clean and spacious. The maintenance culture is also great ! It has a great view of the city too which is really nice.

Beautiful spacious accommodation, clean, in a great location close to the congress center. Absolute privacy, very helpful and kind staff, ready to help at any time. Perfect choice, highly recommended!
