Margaritaville Vacation Club - Atlanta

Nice facility. However, when we decide to stay somewhere we don’t expect to be placed into a “non-owner” bubble where they almost force you to schedule a sales appointment then waste 4 hours of your vacation not willing to take NO for an answer during their “no pressure sales spew”. Once you finally snap and say No the final time and go to leave after they’ve wasted 4 hours of your life/vacation you are definitely treated differently than when they were trying to push their time sure down your throat. Pros: Pool area was very nice (see negative) fitness center is very nice and had everything you need. The room we had was small but had everything we needed. Security was terrific The Park Bar beside the facility has excellent food and it is reasonably priced Across from Centennial Park, walking distance to Aquarium and State Farm Arena Cons: Pool- nice but not recommend for families with children as the older clientele sneer at you just for walking in with children. Therefore, you’re afraid to really let your kids even talk or swim as it may disrupt them (keep in mind my kids are very well behaved) Parking- only valet for almost $60.00 a night + tips unless you want to risk parking in a mystery location and paying those lot fees. Extremely heavy sales push in resort & at aquarium. Summary: This Margaritaville was in the location we needed but we would not stay here again.

Very nice

Beautiful hotel with all the bells and whistles. It's definitely top tier. Outdoor pool on the 19th floor with the rooftop bar and music was awesome. Would love to visit again.

Great location very clean walking distance to most anything you wanted to see and do.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our first stay, it was perfect. We're leading us to stay again. This time was not so pleasant, mainly due to construction being done on the floor directly above us in the morning hours.While we were still trying to sleep.

Amazing

The staff was excellent and welcoming and attended to all my needs. There was no unexpected interruptions from staff. The rooms we ready and spotlessly clean and ready for use. And the restuarant had great food as well. The only thing to note is the internal grocery/convience store is really small and has only select items. Otherwise it was a spectacular experience and would love to return.

Valet staff was awesome and helpful. The location was great for Dragon con. The pool and fitness center are amazing, clean, and quiet.

Amenities felt just on the other side of cheap, especially for the price. No housekeeping the entire week (Disney is similarly priced, but has trash service daily and freshens the room every 3 days). Elevators were SLOW to arrive, but fast when on them. A little loud on the 4th floor - not sure how upper floors are. And don't eat at the restaurant.
