Level Chicago - River North

If you have signed a high floor room or room with pool view, that experience would be totally different: unfortunately, this is not our case, our room was on the 7th floor with so close distance from the other residence, to keep a certain privacy our curtain has to be done all time, otherwise we would have conversations with people opposite side! Though room is very decent and super clean! This is actually a residence not really a hotel, you can’t expect the service like in the hotel. An Expedia VIP member , doesn’t mean anything here. Must point housekeeping staff are very nice! After all, it’s everyone’s choice; value for money I would choose Airbnb, good service I would choose hotel. If I ever come back to Chicago!

Staff friendliness

Such a lovely place with amazing rooms.

I thought this property was very nice and clean. However there were some complications with over booking and we didn’t get the 2 bedroom we booked but rather separate 1 bedrooms which I was sad about. Also the jacuzzi was kind of cold but I will say the staff was the nicest they could be. The rooms were pretty and modern

very nice hotel. Front desk service was EXCELLENT, but the check-in process was WAY too laborious... saved only by the general helpfulness of the front desk person. Room was very nice but the living room TV did not work properly, nor did the living room blinds work properly. They would not close.

I got just a 1 bedroom for me and my wife for our 7th yr anniversary. When we checked in, they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom on a very high floor. When we walked in that room, we were both amazed! All the outside walls were nothing but glass. That view was crazy, plus the room had a balcony! That was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in! We were so grateful, that set the tone for our whole anniversary! Lets just say we had a GREAT time!! Wish that room wasnt so much, i would book it on a regular! But thanks again, we really appreciated everything!!

Amazing room with a beautiful view. Stayed for two nights and I wish I would’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend this hotel.
