Hotel Xa´an Bacalar

Todo estuvo excelente, muy buena atención de parte del personal, muy amables, las instalaciones muy bien y la ubicación es cercana al centro, ninguna queja al respecto.

Have swimming pool, breakfast was good, staff friendly and we could use another good hotel’s facilities on the lake

A little bit far out of central town and couldn’t one day owing to pool maintenance

Super friendly staff, help you with everything! Clean and spacious room, super nice chill area and pool. Free breakfast, super comfi big bed. 10 minute walk to the centre, just 1 road walking down, nice and quiet here.

Water pressure is low but it's ok

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room with own bathroom. The common areas were great. Although no breakfast included there was free coffee, toast with peanutbutter and jelly as well as cereals.

A bit far outside of the city center, but still Walkable.

The room was nice, with comfortable beds and spacious enough for all your stuff. Pool was nice, with some beds around it to chill. Location is fine, quiet street and 15 min walk to city centre.

Shower was not really warm. The breakfast was very limited, with onlg some hard toast and jam, or sugary cereal. If you were 15 min later, the fruit would be gone already.

The fact Inwas leaving

Rented a bike from the hotel and got a flat tire. The hotel was informed that Inhad no option then te leave the bike and take a cab. Later they refused to provide another bike and told me I had to pay for a new bike. When I refused, thrbhotel started knockingnat my door at 23:00 at night and at around 24:00 arrived with 5 polige officers, demanding I pay or get teken to jail. WATCH out for this hotel! Apparently it happens quite often

The common areas were really nice and cosy! Breakfast was a plus. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was small so it was calm and quiet. The hotel has a beach club which was included in the price, this was a nice surprise! Although it was quite far away and you needed a bike or a taxi to get there.

The water pressure in the upstairs room was almost zero, which made it a little difficult to wash. The hotel offered bike hire, but the bikes were in pretty poor condition and due to the location would have been nice to have them included in the price.
