Muy bonita la habitación y limpia, y la ubicación es excelente cerca de todo

Enkelt og svært billig hotell supersentralt i hovedgaten på Isla Mujeres. Hotellet er slitent og trenger sårt en oppussing men man kan ikke si noe på prisen. Dusj og toalett fungerer. Det er Roku/Chromecast på tv og du får det nesten ikke mer sentralt. Lite bråk fra utsiden. Alt i alt er det genialt hvis man skal bruke lite penger og være i sentrum på Isla Mujeres.

Fue agradable la estancia, un par de detalles con nuestra habitación y a la brevedad nos dieron solución, son personas muy amables. La ubicación está excelente, tienes todo a la mano y la playa que es lo más importante también.

The room is super basic but it has good air conditioning a good TV you're in the heart of the main street with all of the restaurants shops and bars and a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. It also feel safe because of the two sense of doors you have to enter before getting into the hotel. But this is super basic room no other frills but you don't need them if you enjoy the beach and being outside.

9 notti costretti a rimanere perché non ti danno i soldi indietro (i furbetti si fanno pagare in struttura), ci hanno cambiato pure di camera! Il problema che il Water rotto, acqua calda o c’è ustionante o manca proprio, asciugamani macchiati, tv non funziona, su 9 giorni ci hanno pulito solo una misera volta la camera (nonostante chiesta)! Un furto pagare € 53 al giorno! Evitate questa struttura

Maintenance issues - only hot water

Buena ubicación a buen precio. Solo le falta decoración al lugar para hacerlo mas atractivo.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, rated as 8 but shouldn’t be even listed as the basic is not there, you can see by the pictures. They need a proper restructure and cleanning trough out the property, we moved from one bad for another worse, no hot water, no cleanning and from our property We could ear the other customers complaining and had the same experience as us. Mold, hair, dirty sheets, and screaming by the employees. could be a excelent property in the heart of isla mujer but need a bit more attention, the lady who receive us was very nice but was just that.

Llegamos con mi esposa a las 7:45PM y la habitación no estaba lista. Aldaiel, quien fue muy educado y atento en todo momento, estaba solo y nos pidió unos minutos para preparar la habitación. Eso nos generó incertidumbre así que por las dudas buscamos otras opciones. Volvimos a las 9 y pudimos hacer check in. Pedimos compensar con late check out pero no accedieron a la petición. Ofrecen tenerte las maletas mientras esperas a retirarte de la Isla. No tenían agua potable para ofrecer, pero te ofrecen las bicis que está bueno para recorrer la Isla en un par de horas.
