Hotel Masam

Muy buena ubicación. La habitación correcta, calurosa pero con el AC todo se arregla. Lo unico es que los desagües olian muy mal.

En términos generales el hotel es bueno, tiene buena ubicación y cuenta con todos los servicios, además la recepcionista muy muy amable, nos trato muy bien y con mucha actitud de servicio, la verdad si regresaría a ese hotel por la calidad en el servicio

It appears as though there is a family living on the premises which is fine except when you wake up in the morning and they’re screaming at each other across the courtyard area. The one receptionist was very sweet and the other one couldn’t be more bothered because she was on her phone. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I informed the girl at the front desk and she said they would turn the boiler on and to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I waited and then went to take a shower and it was still ice cold. I informed her that it was still cold and she acted like she had forgotten to go turn the hot water on. I finally got a hot shower but informed them if they couldn’t afford to keep the hot water on then maybe they shouldn’t be in the hotel business. That night when I got home to the hotel I was woken up by a lady screaming drunkenly at a man that also worked at a hotel. I asked her to leave several times and she threatened me and cursed me out. The next day I left the hotel because I don’t wanna have to be asking for hot water for a shower being threatened by some drunk lady at front of the hotel.

La atención súper bien, muy amable la recepcionista, el lugar con excelente ubicación, a parte de que la habitación está súper linda y a muy buen precio, sin duda regresaríamos!

La primera noche hubo un huesped causando molestias, seguramente habia consumido algo, estaba incontrolable y el hotel no hizo algo para calmarlo hasta que lo tuve que hacer yo. Tampoco pude localizar a alguien del hotel en la noche para poner orden. Dudo le hayan hecho algun comentario a la que provocò el escàndalo. Bien ubicado pero muchos insectos, limpieza regular.

The hotel was right in the heart of everything The room was clean There was no door separating the toilet from the bedroom so no privacy when using the bathroom also no toilet seat No hot water during our stay No maid service Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper There was a tv but that didn’t work which didn’t matter No safety box This could be a lovely hotel if the problems I have mentioned where seen to The lady who run the hotel was very friendly

Got room #17 my lucky number brand new AC blew cold, gkt a great night sleep even though its located on the main strip. Staff was bilingual, helpfull and friendly
