"I really liked it"

Everything was nice regarding the room and the resort itself.

The restaurant was a disappointment. It wasn’t clean, the staff barely spoke any English, the food wasn’t wow, not to mention the kitchen was very dirty! I never ate there again.

"Dishonest - hotel effectively stole money from us,completely misrepresenting what they would provide"

Paid for a room with pool view which they didn't give and still charged for, many amenities advertised didn't exist, no safety deposit box, very noisy as they host corporate events, wifi didn't work for 24hrs and required complaining 4 times before fixed (and even thereafter still had problems). The hotel saves money by not having an alchohol license and then it buys it from the local market to sell it to you at grossly inflated prices (which is probably illegal). At the end of the stay the hotel kicked us out before the official check out time because we were foreign and they wanted to make room for Indian guests. Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, managed by utterly dishonest management and staff.
