Negatives: I was given a handicap room even though I did not book one. Because of this the bed was very low. The mattress was honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It was lumpy and slanted. It felt like a half inflated air mattress. It was very difficult to sleep. The pillows also contributed to my terrible nights sleep. Worst pillows ever!!! Sadly because of this, I will not stay here again. I hope for every other guest's sake, they had more comfortable beds and pillows. Also the shower was a curbless, walk-in shower which flooded the bathroom. There was a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, outside of the shower, but it did not help much. The flooding was ridiculous and dangerous. I almost fell because of the water, luckily, I caught myself. Positives: The property was modern and was decorated nicely. The breakfast offerings were good. The restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic!

Spacious clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was far better than I've experienced at other hotels. Dinner at Lumin8 was very good. One suggestion is to request a room not facing the street. During the evening there is a lot of very loud motorcycle noise. It does subside by bedtime but is prominent during the evening hours.
