SpringHill Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs Downtown

From a family stay perspective this hotel has it all. A pool a hot tub, big rooms, great views of the mountains and free breakfast. The courtyard also looked super cute but we got April snow foiled the plan. We also wish we’d been there longer to go to the rooftop restaurant. There’s underground parking, in and out privileges and an elevator that goes from the garage to your floor (protected with card key access) for $21. It’s also walkable to a bunch of cute restaurants downtown. Can’t really ask for more.

This has to be the best Marriot we have stayed at yet. Super friendly, accommodating and the best sleep every. The beds are SO comfortable. Jackson, the Manager was amazing when asked if our Granddaughter could have some friends over for her birthday to swim in the pool. We will stay here whenever we are in the Springs.

Probably one of the best night's sleep I've had at a hotel! The bed was perfect and the room was immaculate!

This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Garden of Gods. When walking in, the area is spacious and vibrant. Vernon helped us check and his customer service was top notch! He throughly explained the grounds, breakfast times and self park. He even gave us a list of local restaurant that the staff curated themselves. This hotel has great amenities, including a free hot breakfast, a restaurant on the top floor, nearby and convenient self park, indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Great property and breakfast. Only complaint was that whilenout friends' room had a small closet, our room had literally nowhere to hang clothing. Not even pegs. Where the closetbwas in their room, we had a ventilation/hvac unit.

You have to pay for parking in the garage ($21/day) but it was convenient and the downtown bus is free in the downtown street in front of the hotel. The pool was very nice too.

I had a slip on up on my end. Vernon made it super simple and easy to fix. He handled it and saved the day. If you have the pleasure of working with him you will be very well taken care of!! All staff was amazing I had the best relaxing experience at element! Relax hour came with amazing wine and cheese so delicious!!
