Mi experiencia en el Qoya Palace fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en Aguas Calientes y muy cómoda para quienes van a Machu Picchu. El hotel es elegante, limpio y con detalles que hacen la estadía especial. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y variado, ideal para empezar el día antes de la excursión. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para hospedarse

Hotel muy bonito en muy buenas condiciones, el servicio del Personal excelente, el desayuno el horario muy corto y poco variado, aceptar pago con Tarjetas de Cualquier Banco si cobro de Comisiones.

very nice hotel, good one compare to other ones in AC. Modern facilities. Breakfast spot is wonderful !

Humidity, but this is a common thing for Aguas Callientes. I dried my clothes with hair dryer.

I liked the good location near the train station. But Aguas Calientes is so tiny, you can get anywhere in little time. The entire hotel looks very good, very modern and it is very clean! Their services are terrible, tough: very poor breakfast, very cold room (with no heating at all!), barely running warm water (had to leave the water run until it became warmer). Very kind staff, comfortable lobby. I loved the 7th floor where they served breakfast: stunning views of the Urubamba!
