Hotel Qoya Palace - Machupicchu

Servicio y atención buena, sin embargo, nuestra habitación del sexto piso tenía mala conexión de wifi y tampoco acceso a TV.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good, the breakfast was good and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The staff at the hotel brought us to the place where we could get the tickets for Machu Picchu and provided us with key information on Machu Picchu.

There was a leaking problem in the bathroom, and there wasn't enough staff to clean the breakfast area particularly in high season.

Stayed here for 1 nite for our visit to Machu Pichu and it was great value and comfort. Nothing fancy, but walking distance from the train station and plenty of eateries/stores. They even went to the train station to walk us back to the hotel upon our arrival, so that was super nice after a long trek to MP. (Need to coordinate this service.) The breakfast was nothing to note, but it will do for an early jump up to Machu Pichu. Overall a great value and clean/comfy place. Highly Recommend!

There is no plug for your phone around your bed. There's no ac.. there's a dog from around the property that doesn't let you sleep not their fault Everyone is super nice. A walk to the train station is short.

Modern spacious place in a great location! Staff there was also very nice.

Cold on the 1st night and construction noise until 10pm on the 2nd night

Great place to stay. The people here are very attentive and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Room was clean and nice. Was a bit worried that it was close to rail but actually heard no noise at all.
