Hotel Qoya Palace - Machupicchu

location is convenient, close to the train station and in a quiet side street. staff very friendly

I requested a quiet room and was looking forward to rest after my trip to Machu Picchu but of all the many rooms I was given the one right below the kitchen where they started working at 4am. it was unbearably loud and even after a room change you cannot sleep there after 6am because of doors slamming and all kinds of noises and thin walls. the room was not clean, toilet paper behind the bed, a used bandaid stuck to the phone! room smelled musty and the sheets were really scratchy. no bedside lamps or outlets near the bed, shower was either too hot or ice cold. The price is WAY WAY WAYYY too high for what you're getting.

Staff is very friendly and they even made me early breakfast, so i'm happy. Rooms are nice, bed is very comfortable. They have elevator.

The breakfast was wonderful. You can ask the owners to chef some Eggs. The bread has a nice panini toaster and are soft and fresh. Jam is delicious along with bananas and Instant coffee. The necessities

I did not like the lack of a drop coffee, but Instant coffee seems to be the go to in most hotels/hostels. That is a personal dislike and did not affect how I felt about the location.
