Helpful and friendly. Breakfast made to order!

The service was very pleasant and helpful. They answered questions and if you needed something they would help out right away. Pleasant family owed hotel. Brunch was real good. Area close to shops.

New building, lovely staff, just a 5 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu, and the train station. Breakfast is on their top floor with gorgeous views of the mountains and the Urubamba river.

Breakfast is not so good.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the train station. The area was quiet. The staff was nice.

Our room was not fully cleaned when they checked us in. There was a water bottle left in the room and some piece of cloth. Later we also noticed stains on the bed linen. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned during this time. We had to ask for fresh towels at the reception.

The hotel is well located just a short walk from the train station. It is very quiet with no noise during the night. There is a lift at the hotel. The room was relatively small but had everything you needed and was very clean as was the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We paid extra to keep the room on for an extra 3 hours whilst waiting for the train. Didn't try the breakfast as we left too early for our visit to Mach Picchu.
