"Perfekt. Fußläufig sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Nur circa 15 Minuten Fußweg."

Sehr schönes Gästehaus. Parkplatz auf der Rückseite vorhanden. Zimmer mit Bad sehr schön. Modern und sauber. Frühstück hervorragend.

We had a lovely break for my wifes birthday. It's a fantastic place to stay the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, I haven't drunk sherry in a long time just had to try the complimentary one in our room, it was delicious. Breakfast is excellent and the ingredients are top class, very big portions. The hotel is very close to the centre but not in a busy location. Hopefully there are vacancies when we take our next trip to York.

One of those fabulous guest houses one wishes to return to. We were made to feel very welcome and even managed a stolen few hours reading in the garden. Breakfast was a treat and guests spoiled for choice. Homemade sausages, bagels and waffles, all worth a try and perfect poached eggs cooked to order! Location was great for walking into town and parking made it the perfect location for a busy graduation.
