InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix AZ - Gilbert

The staff was great and the locatiom.

The rooms DO NOT match the pictures in the advertisements. There were bulletholes in the walls. The floors were filthy. I clean them by hand with just a clorox wipe and it was black and Grey. You only get 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper when you get there and you were responsible for washing them. And buying toilet paper after that 1 roll is gone.

The manager was nice and accommodated our need to receive a refund.

We arrived late, had to call the overnight person twice to get into our room. Once we got into our room a very strong smell of smoke was in the room. We had a tough time sleeping. We had to wait until 11:00am to try and change our room. The manager was very nice, but said she had no other rooms available. That there was a smoker in the room for 2 years and apologized. We received our money back and went to another hotel.

Decent and they work to maintain it.

Parking close to building.

It was great all the way around!

People are very nice

Traffic is loud

I enjoyed everything.

The pool could be warmer.
