Tienes todo lo mínimo necesario para estadías algo largas: espacio para guardar alimentos, una cocinilla, microondas, refrigerador, bastante espacio de armario y un baño cómodo también. El personal de recepción es muy amigable, hice varios pedidos en línea y los recibieron todo sin molestia. Muy agradecido por eso!

El WiFi es un punto muy bajo, bastante lento, imagino que por mucha congestión. Se podría mejorar eso.

I would not recommend this place. Upon check-in, I disclosed that I had a dog and signed the required paperwork. My husband and I then left briefly for dinner. While we were gone, my dog barked, and instead of calling me, the front desk staffer took it upon herself to enter my room without permission. She later called me and accused me of moving in “my boyfriend’s belongings” — which made no sense, since my husband and I had checked in together and none of his things were in the room. When I came to the office to address this, she was rude and unprofessional. She locked us out of our room, told us to leave, and refused to refund our payment — even though we had paid for seven days and had been there less than six hours. Completely unacceptable experience. Guests deserve respect, privacy, and professionalism, and this establishment failed on all counts. If we broke any rules, it is the established responsibility to call us and give us a chance to fix it. Instead, we were locked out of our room and then laughed in our face and stated there will not be a refund. Thank God, I am financially stable and this did not hinder my vacation.
