InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix AZ - Gilbert

Not much

The shower was nice after I fixed, it but the drain was full of hair (not ours) the room had throw rugs that not been cleaned underneath in quite awhile. And to top it off they wouldn't return our deposit because they said we stained sheets we hadn't used because we moved out that day. DON'T STAY THERE!

It is ok

Location was good, as the people I was planning to visit were nearby. I liked that I had the option to cook my own meals. The people I met staying at the property were friendly, and I even have a new friend I will be keeping in touch with! The pool was very refreshing, too. The umbrellas got ripped up during the dust storm, unfortunately!

The floor in the bathroom was kind of dirty with some debris from the previous resident that was missed by housekeeping. Housekeeping only comes once a week, and I specifically asked to have them vacuum the bathroom floor. I wished that there were some basic cooking utensils in the room. I really didn't want to stuff a frying pan (my neighbor gave me a new one) in my carry-on! It would have been nice if there were covered parking, because I rented a super nice car and the sun beat down on it all week.

They refused to let me stay there because of unreasonable reasons

Was very clean on the outside and the pool was well kept.

It wasn't cleaned very well and there were no items that could be used to cook with in the little kitchen, but the guy at the lobby checking me on was so friendly and inviting he made me feel like I was a vip staying in that hotel, great counter help, could use some great cleaners, otherwise nice place to stay

This property is nice and the price is great. How ever the staff will treat you like your a moron and piss you off to no end at times so be prepared for that.
