Great location!

Parking was a challenge in a larger car

Location terrific. Staff great. Communication excellent. Clean and well stocked.

The only challenge was the rooms were alittle small around the bed for luggage & clothing.

Les unités deux chambres sont très petites, sans espace pour les baggages et les équipements de ski. Le spa ne fonctionne pas le dimanche et cela n’est pas annoncé à l’avance. Au final, un mauvais rapport qualité prix et un hébergement très décevant, surtout par rapport aux photos des unités, qui sont trompeuses.

We had 3 bedroom unit which was ideal for our party of six. Excellent location near downtown Banff. It was very clean and comfortable! Desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our passenger van was too tall to fit in the covered parking on site. There was a free lot a few blocks away that we used. There was only one small couch (3 people max) in sitting area but the dining table had six chairs.

Nothing

It was far smaller than the photos depicted … I felt ripped off.
