Basecamp Suites Banff

Clean, spacious, beautiful, perfect location, there wasn't anything not to like.

Had Everything that we needed. Bed, shower, storage room to store our ski hire, kitchenette with oven and stove top. Staff were very friendly and it was an easy process to check in and out. Streets were quiet surrounding, although the hallways were pretty loud when people were leaving and early to go to the snow in their snow shoes. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

No access to washing machine or dryer but there was a coin laundry only a 5 min walk down the street, so that was fine :)

The lock going into hallway was very tricky and a bit of a pain

the bed was too small and they should have mounted the bedside lights on the wall and put a proper night side table with drawers as space for clothing is limited

We liked everything. It was a joy to stay in Banff Basecamp Suites over Christmas. I was hard to actually pack our stuff and leave. The view of the mountains every morning was stunning.

Only the storage issue really. Maybe some cupboards by the beds to store clothes. Maybe more hangers too. But honestly it was lovely. The hot tub was great even in -20
