Parking, but only because our rental could not fit in the parking deck adjacent to the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly 

The parking situation is not ideal while there is a parking garage in the premises. It charges you each time you need to pull the car in or out. Additionally, there were problems contacting the owner of the parking garage because we were double billed a couple of times and have not been able to correct that with the owner or management company of the parking garage. Also, there is no loading and unloading zone for all of your luggage. You have to check into the hotel, then you have to figure out where you’re gonna park the car then you are finally able to unload your luggage and it was an absolute logistical nightmare.

Location was great.

I did not likte the fact that parking was extra and the bedroom was so small. I had to duck my head to get around to my side of the bed, I do not think in Australia this would have passed the building code.

Parking is non-existent. Even dropping off bags in low season was difficult.

Bed was comfy. Very clean. Kitchen and everything in it was clean and appeared brand new

The parking. Due to check in at 4pm I paid over $60 in parking. We you charge $1000+ for one night in a two bed one bath place, just throw in the parking. Make it an excellent perk. I also thought your facility had a pool… I must have looked at your Canmore location, which is unfortunate because we were really excited for a swim. The differentiation between base camp and base camp suites felt entirely frustrating to google. We also moved a lamp out of the bedroom to the living room because the light was 0-100 with nothing in between.
