Didn’t feel clean. Had to ring to get access to the property. No hot water in room.
GBWhen you first enter the building you get good impressions but the rooms let the building down sadly but the Staff were great and tried sorting any issues great view from bedroom window of the sea and breakfast was good.
Heating was electric pannel Heating which was off when we got to the room, no one came over the 4 days we was there to freshen towels,add water,coffee, or milk

At 9 in the evening, not a single light could be seen - I thought the building was closed. Very difficult to read, hand written sign on door said "cal this number". Confusing conversation before someone opened door. Confusing conversation - English not their first language perhaps.
GBLocation was excellent.
No wifi signal in room.....too far from rooter....but otherwise comfortable for the price. Shared shower not great and another shower out of commission..but hot water so can't complain. Deal Castle and Walmer Castle both closed during my visit which was a shame.
DEI honestly have no clue where to start but this hotel was shocking. Having no staff to help. I went out the only night they gave me a key to the front door and said. “You’re the only one in tonight”… breakfast. Don’t bother. I went to Juliet’s Farm Cafe in Ash. Would highly recommend this. It’s 12 minutes down the road. Having 4 buckets of water collecting rain water is something new.
GBVery friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast in a dining room with a nice view of the sea. Excellent location in front of the pier and beach and next to many pubs and restaurants. Good value for money.
