GBIt was a good location on the seafront and near pubs for new years.
The rooms were all freezing cold, there were portable heaters inside but they were as much use as having an electric fan in the room. The beds were also uncomfortable, creaking with any slight movement.

We arrived after travelling 8 hours to be told by staff who looked like he been sleeping rough that he mistakenly gave our room away and we had no room, when I contacted booking .com he tried to lie saying we walked out without checking in, he then admitted what had happened the staff hardly spoke English and scratching everywhere like he had flees the hotel was colder inside than the front ,I'm partly glad of the mix up but had to go looking for a hotel at 9pm wasn't good ,I will never book here again

GBBreakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and the location is fantastic,I had a wonderful view from my room. It was extremely good value for money.
The shared bathroom could have been better, it was clean, but just dated, the shower was not great and there were cleaning products, ie mops and detergent bottles on show.

Broken window pane, no heating so room was freezing. Fire alarm went off at 5a.m. no instructions on what to do, no staff around , presumed it was false alarm so went back to bed. Surly young woman in reception next morning, said she had no idea why the fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. she didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry for the disturbance , took my key when I checked out but couldn’t be bothered with any niceties, thank you for coming or anything that you could expect from professional hospitality staff , she couldn’t even crack a smile. I wouldn’t stay here again and quite honestly wouldn’t recommend it. My friend stayed at The Royal down the road and that is lovely , nicely decorated, lovely warm log fire and the staff were very professional and friendly
GBThe breakfast was lovely, and the breakfast staff were very professional. The room had a heater, kettle, TV and Wi-Fi. It was the least expensive option and is centrally located.
There was no toilet paper (only paper towels). There was no hot water in the room, and the shared shower alternated between a few seconds of hot water and a few seconds of cold water.
GBGBNothing, they kept my driver and dont let him in because they were saying we haven’t paid dispite we show the payment confirmation email . We left the hotel and we didn’t stay and they took our money.
