"Great Time at 7Pines Sardinia!"

10.0

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A couple of things really stood out to us: when I explained that our original room wouldn’t work, the staff immediately upgraded us to something much better without any fuss. On the day we checked out, they went out of their way to provide us with a room to freshen up before our taxi collected us at 6pm—such a thoughtful touch that made our journey so much more comfortable. The service was genuinely attentive, and those small but meaningful gestures left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel. There were so many stand out moments. Another point to mention were the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Names that come to mind were Nicola on Reception, Alberto around the pool area, and of course the famous Hamza. He really is a fantastic asset to the hotel and is brilliant with everyone who comes to the pool or beach. Another lovely touch is there is water in your room, and around the pool... The gym is outstanding and what a place to do your workout! There is also an amazing breakfast. Fabulous and abundant. A few points to mention, which I wouldn't even say were negative because overall this is an amazing place, but I think they need mentioning. The Aperol Spritz are really not good. They consisted of a splash of Aperol, a splash or Prosecco or soda and the rest was ice. It was literally 19 euros for a cup of ice. It was a shame, because customers do notice this sort of thing. My only other issue were the prices, this place is very expensive and you are a bit of a captive audience so just something to mention, but again as I've said overall this didn't dampen our experience and 7Pines Sardinia deserves a 5 star review because of the service and staff.

"The most beautiful stay with the most amazing, kind and friendly people you could ask for!"

10.0

5 star luxury from the moment you checkin. The staff were so kind, accommodating, friendly and went out of their way in every instance to make us feel welcome. We were shown around the beautiful property by Gloria and were blown away by the beauty of the property. The pools, beaches, and all the amenities were just stunning. Gloria was so helpful and excited to tell us about all the resort had to offer. We saw her multiple times throughout our trip and she always stopped to ask how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything else. Hamsa at the pool area was incredible and helped us multiple times with reservations both on and off property, including a sail in Palau. He was so wonderful and friendly and we loved our daily chats with him. The crew at Capogiro and Spazio were amazing. We ate at Capogiro twice and did both sides of the tasting menu because they were just that incredible. We were even invited back into the kitchen. It was honestly a once in a lifetime trip. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We looked forward to seeing all the waitstaff at the hotel and chatting with them because they were just that lovely and we wished we had more time to chat with them! They got wind one of the nights it was my birthday and made a cake and brought it out during the meal and told me about the traditional Italian breaking of the candle. It was really quite amazing and something I will never forget! On top of the people, the resort itself is of course top notch, all the pools and beaches are beautiful. We had a suite that was beyond stunning and it was honestly just heaven. 10 of 10 would stay again and again if I could. Thank you 7 Pines for an incredible stay.

"A gorgeous resort"

10.0

This is a great resort. The service is exceptional, Serean at the pool bar was a standout, nothing too much trouble, she always had a smile and was so much fun. Watch out for the roof terrace room, the stairs are not in the room, so you have to walk out to access, that wasnt clear at the time of booking, so whilst lovely, it meant we didnt use, we thought our room had a roof terrace view, but the room was on the ground floor, disappointing and not worth the upgrade price. Overall the resort was great, very expensive, so we ate out every night, and didnt eat lunch at the resort either. Breakfast was superb.

"10/10! Best experience"

10.0

Just wow. We had the best experience at 7Pines Sardinia. Check in: When we pulled into reception, we were greeted by a team of staff - valet for our car, bellhop for our luggage, waiter for a bubbly drink, a concierge and golf cart driver to our room. We were seated with a drink in hand within 60 seconds, and whisked off for a tour and welcome to our room in minutes. After a long day of travel, this was a most welcome experience! Concierge: The 24 hour concierge was fantastic and so helpful. They flagged potential issues with tours (weather) early on so that we were able to make other arrangements. We overheard the staff speaking several languages with fluency: english, italian, german, and arabic, but probably more. Pool: The pool was stunning and service was five star. You order food and drink by QR code and it is promptly brought to you. They also brought a free sunset beverage. Restaurant: We ordered a la carte, and they still brought us 3 bread courses, an amuse bouche, and three desserts. The sommelier made perfect recommendations. And their 6-hour roasted lamb was absolutely killer, maybe the best I've ever had. Sunset views were spectacular. Room: Spotlessly clean. Daily room service and turndown service with a little gift each night. Very modern, great AC, and we had a stunning view from our room and rooftop deck.

"3.5 star property in a 5 star location "fully committed""

6.0

For every positive at this property, there was an equal, if not greater - negative. Unfortunately, I left with a disappointing impression, which is especially sad as 7Pines Sardinia was meant to be the highlight of our summer travels. Pros Location: Beautifully secluded just outside Porto Cervo, making it easy to relax and unwind without the party scene. Beaches: Multiple beach options — a private beach, beach club, and a hidden beach. Breakfast staff: Every single morning staff member at breakfast was A+++. They created a warm, inviting environment and genuinely cared about our day. Front desk staff — especially the woman with Tom Ford glasses and Nico — also stood out as kind and professional. Resort condition: Fresh, modern, and immaculately maintained. Cons Communication & service gaps: I’ve never heard “fully committed” more in my life. There was no welcome email, no orientation, and no information about amenities or services (we only discovered there was an app from a QR code on our keycard). As a result, we were left unaware of holiday closures and restaurant reservations, leading to a series of frustrating dead ends. Even on-site dining wasn’t prioritized for guests — we were left ordering delivery in paper bags. Arrival experience: While I had no issue with our room not being ready, reception couldn’t even provide an iced beverage on a 35°C day — instead suggesting we go buy one at the restaurant (where a basic iced latte was €12). Small, but far below the standard of a five-star resort. Air conditioning issues: This was the single biggest problem. On night one, the A/C reset to 25°C, making sleep impossible in the heat. Engineering visits confirmed the issue but never resolved it. By the second night, the power went out after another “fix.” With no suites available to move into, the problem continued our entire stay. Nico offered to move us to a sleeping room during the 3rd night, but since we had a boat charter scheduled for early AM, we opted to stay. He was kind and one of the only people who followed up, but the technical issues and lack of solutions and communication made things worse. Cone Club seating: Marketed as “first come, first serve,” yet the desirable cabanas and 2 rows were permanently blocked with “reserved” signs — even though they sat empty. Only upon departure were we told about a minimum spend policy. Transparency upfront would have avoided a lot of frustration. While the resort’s design, setting, and a handful of exceptional staff gave glimpses of what it could be, the lack of seasoned management, poor communication, and unresolved service issues overshadowed it all. As frequent travelers (120–150 nights a year in hotels), this stay fell far below expectations for a property of this caliber. Regretfully, a resort I had been eager to visit for the last few years ended up being the disappointment of our summer. Seems as if management could not care less. Brought these issues up during departure, assuming they would reach out to apologize and received again, no communication. Seems on par with our experience from the beginning, but come on 7Pines, do better.

"Nice property but management needs work"

8.0

Had a mixed experience on 7Pines. The staff and property are amazing. The staff really goes out of your way to make sure you are having a special stay. Hamza at the pool was a favorite of my kids. He found out they love soccer and always made it a point to chat them up about their favorite players while ensuring great service to us. Hamza was definitely the highlight of the hotel for them! The property is large and expansive so you definitely need the golf cart to get around. They have a kids club which looked really nice but we did not end up using. Our only issue with the property was the management team - who informed us about our room being downgraded 2 hours prior to arrival. Upon check in we asked to talk to the Manager who never showed her face and hid in the office and let the staff be the bearer of any bad news. The hotel itself is in a good location right outside of Porto Cervo, we rented a car and it was easy to drive around.

"Beautiful resort but overpriced"

4.0

Beautiful surroundings , the hotel is really well positioned and has been built with beautiful outside areas . Rooms are well equipped and clean. However for more than 2000 euros a night we found that’s it is not 5 star service and extremely overpriced for the services received. We found the staff either under trained or unfriendly. We spent our last two days of our honeymoon here. We found the room small and complementary services overpriced ( ex: tennis court rental, basic snacks and soft drinks). Unfortunately we felt like nothing was personalised , for example : we had to ask for coffee capsules in the room, we warned of a very early morning departure but had to ask for a breakfast box and only got one for 2 people that we got asked to pick up… Having worked in luxury hotel industry I would expect more personnalisation and such services to be offered as we check out or when asked of our check out time. In this case felt like they asked our check out time for housekeeping staff and not to accommodate us. We enjoyed the Spazio by Franco Pepe, we have been waiting a long time to eat there and try the tasting menus, only thing missing is drinks price list ( quite a shock price for a local Ichnusa beer)

"Paradise hotel"

10.0

I recently stayed at 7Pines Resort Sardinia and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice, calm, and relaxing — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was excellent as well. A special thanks to Hamza for recommending the Cone Club, where we enjoyed a truly memorable lunch. Hamza told us about the talented team in the kitchen — Chef Pasquale, an awarded Michelin-star chef, together with his Moroccan right-hand chef. Their collaboration creates a unique mix of flavors, where you can taste both the essence of Sardinia and the spirit of Marrakech on the same plate. Hamza was always gentle, professional, and helpful with every small detail, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for all 7 pines team Highly recommended!
