The resort is well maintained. The restaurant staff are excellent! The concierge team work harder and are more friendly than I have encountered at other resorts.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and could not have been more impressed!! Everyone treated us like family, especially Hamza, who went above and beyond for us at the pool. We had a nice dinner after recommendation of Hamza to meet Franco Pepe and chef Pasquale . Also, I had a wonderful massage that Hanna convinced me to do—- he was so right, Everything is beautiful, delicious, amazing view and super clean property. The 7 Pines Resort in Sardinia was a gem located in the Baia area of northern Sardinia. It is a beautifully landscape property with all the modern amenities as this resort has only been open for a few years. We had a beautiful spacious suite with a living room, kitchen area and blatio off of the besroomOne of the first highlights of this property is the Cone club restaurant and Sunset bar. Located on the waters edge it is the perfect place for a romantic sunset dinner or cocktail. Getting around the property is quite easy as the staff can drive you on one of their many golf carts and they are there to assist your any needs. The property is dog friendly and they provided our dog with water and food dishes, as well as a very comfortable bed for her. There are many wonderful staff members, almost too many to mention, so I will give my shout out today to the Pool concierge named. Hamza. He puts a smile on everyone’s face.

Had a day pass here and it was very disappointing. Extortionate price of €150 for absolutely nothing apart from a pool bed. Terrible food - absolutely not 5*. We ordered pasta and it was overcooked, tasteless and so expensive. They then tried telling us we couldn’t put a parasol up by the pool. The only saving grace was a very very helpful pool staff member called Hamza who was always very helpful and kind - thank you Hamza for being a superb asset to this disapppointing hotel.

We stayed at the 7 pines resort for 10 days. The hotel was excellent. After a few minor hiccups which both the Guest Concierge Agnes and Hotel Manager Vito who corrected the issues immediately. The hotel is in an excellent location and ammenities are first class. The pool attendant Hamza made the stay most pleasureable. The only drawback is the virtually non-extistent Uber service and the local taxis are expensive. Recommend you hire a car is staying at this hotel

My husband and I went to 7Pines through their day pass. 150€ per person, with a 75€ credit for food or services. We heard they are no longer offering the credit moving forward and the price will remain the same. We had a great time using the amenities and dining at the restaurant. Particularly, we thought Hamza was amazing! He helped us at the pool to find the best loungers, he told us stories about his home country, and overall his was extremely helpful throughout the day. Thank you Hamza for making our stay spectacular!
