We really enjoyed our trip to Sardinia. 7 Pines’ staff and hospitality was amazing. Hamza was at the pool everyday and was absolutely amazing. His kindness and gentle compassion made each day enjoyable and personable. The concierge staff was amazing. Our suite was perfect for a family of 4. This trip will forever be a part of our gracious memories. Thank you for welcoming and inviting us into your culture. Evans Family-

Spent a week at 7 pines for our honeymoon and had a lovely time! A special mention and thank you goes to Hamza the pool supervisor who made sure we felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay and we can honestly say he is one of the nicest, kindest and caring people we have ever met, the food is ok but there are also some nice restaurants a 10 minute walk away, all in all we really enjoyed our honeymoon at 7 pines, thank you 😃

I would recommend this hotel for the facilities but overall, I would caution anyone who expects a 5-star experience. This 5-star resort earns five stars for its property and the overall range of facilities (two pools, two beaches, the Cone Club, etc.). Unfortunately, the guest relations and management is a 3-star experience, at best. Staff members who routinely interacted with guests (receptionists, hosts at restaurnats) seemed undertrained and unprofessional. The food quality is high but portion sizes are small, making menu prices disproportionately expensive. Rooms are nice but less than one would expect for a 5-star resort. Overall, I do not think this resort earns its price tag.

Breakfast - outstanding food , poor service. Dinners delicious! Quiet pool excellent though no service. Sunset memorable. Staff very welcoming.

‘Beach ‘ very disappointing and poor service. Boom-boom music non stop from main pool interfered with our sleep, ambiance. Room too small even though a ‘king’ and so noisy.

The ratio of staff to guests was great. Hansa and Massimo were fantastic. Breakfast was all quality.

Coffee was never hot enough. Staff at evening restaurants need supervision from experienced hospitality professionals. We dined at the Cone Club with a party of 12. It took an hour before we were offered a menu, and even longer to have drinks order taken. The food served at evening restaurants was ordinary. It failed to reach the quality and standard that we expected. Disappointing

The rooms, beach and pool were beautiful. Very serene environment. Lots of toiletries provided. Staff can drive you around the resort in golf clubs

A few technical difficulties such as room phone not working and alarm clock buzzing at 6am. Cone club was disappointing and many people were complaining about their food. Breakfast service was very slow

We have a wonderful stay for seven nights in June this year. The location is superb and the facilities are excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. In particular the breakfast team were superb. A lovely start to the morning and the quality and selection of the breakfast offering was excellent. The beach and pool areas were lovely and special mention must go to the pool manager Hamza who could not have been more friendly and attentive. We prefer to explore local restaurants so cannot comment on the on site evening dining. Prices for dining as well as wine prices seemed rather expensive but that is the only point that I would make in terms of constructive feedback. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Overall it was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is located in a very beautiful area and the weather was perfect too.

A truly first class experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces at the gate, then halfway to Reception and then at Reception by four different staff members. A quick tour around the resort in a buggy and then to our rooms for a further explanation were welcome. Staff are Exceptional and a special mention and thank you must go to the bar staff at the pool and importantly Hamza (future Hyatt CEO) who looked after us lucky he personally owed the resort.
