Treetops Hotel

The staff is amazing. The location is nice just outside the hustle and bustle of the main part of town but an easy 15 min walk to town. Or even borrow one of their bikes. Our room was clean and swept out daily. The private beach was nice to sit and relax. There is a pool bar and restaurant just steps away with great water view.

Such a cute hotel with the nicest staff! They have bikes you can use and a cool roof top or seats by the water that are perfect for watching the sunset! Easy to walk to everything from here too!

Treetops is in a great location. Far enough South to have some quiet time and close enough to get to everything. Bicycles worked well but sometimes they are all checked out. Very comfortable beds, generous room size and very clean. I would definitely stay again. No onsite restaurant was not a problem - lots of eating locations nearby. Audre was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a delightful stay at Treetops. It's a beautiful property, the sunset room was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Some of the best features at Treetops are the small beach directly out in front of the property, and the rooftop hammocks which are the perfect way to relax a bit as you wind down your day. Just a few minutes walk south of the water taxi dock, it strikes a good balance of being close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions on Caye Caulker while remaining pretty quiet. Audre at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and will make sure you're set up with anything you need for your stay. The snorkeling boat we had booked hadn't gotten back to us by the time we checked in, and Audre had a recommendation offhand for us and did all the work to set it up for us. A great stay.

We stayed in the Treetops Suite and it was the perfect place for us. Beautiful balcony overlooking sea. The bathroom was spacious and bed huge and comfy. Great furnishings and had a small fridge with was nice. The use of the bikes was so nice we got to explore so much on them. Audre the manager always insured our needs were met and had taxi waiting for us at the airports and upon departure day to return us. We will return. I thought I would miss not having a pool but we didn’t at all. Lounging by the water was just fine. It seems to be one of the more kept up modern facilities on the island.

From the moment we arrived, Audre was incredibly helpful and gracious. She made sure to answer any questions we had and provided information on lots of activities/food on the island. Additionally, I arranged for bubbly and chocolate for my newly-wed wife, and she was very discreet. Lastly, on the night before we left, I ate something that did not agree with me and was up all night. Despite checkout being at 10am, she allowed us to stay an additional 3 hours to recover since the next occupant had a late checkin. She even arranged for a taxi to get us to the water ferry. Top notch customer service and overall wondeful experience with this hotel.

Treetops Hotel is in a quiet part of Caye Caulker but close to everything. The staff was amazing and the property was very well maintained.

What a great place to stay in Caye Caulker. Our room was wonderful. Really enjoyed our host and staff. Made us feel special. And we were comfortable and safe staying at the Treetops Hotel. Easy access to the local restaurants and shops. Even had bicycles for us to use to navigate the island. Would highly recommend the Treetops Hotel. We will be back again.

We had a most delightful stay at Treetops. We loved the roof deck, our room, the amenities, and especially all the guidance and help from Audre. We highly recommend booking Treetops Hotel at the quiet end of Caye Caulker.

We really enjoyed our stay at Treetops! It was clean and comfortable (especially the sheets, bed itself, and towels). I also really appreciate having an electric teapot right in the room. The bathroom was really nice in our room. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Caye Caulker.
