Excellant hotel, Audre the manager was attentive and helpful. Great quiet location with easy walk/ bike to main drag.

Manager is VERY hospitable. Fantastic view of the sunrise and water. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Tree Top Hotel was awesome. Beautiful location on Caye Cauker Island. Audre was a wonderful help with everything that we needed. The place was recently remodeled and everything was up to date, very clean and the room had air conditioning. It’s located just far enough away from the noise of the small downtown area so you don’t have to listen to the nite-life. They have bikes for free that you can travel around the island. This is a great place and I highly recommend it. Thanks Audre for your hospitality! We will be back

Audre and her team are amazing and this is probably the best hotels for the price in Caye Caulker. The room is spacious and very clean. Wonderful shower and far enough away from the busy main strip but still only a less than 10 min walk to everything. Audre arranged a full day snorkeling tour and had restaurants to try. I will be staying at Tree Tops for every Caye Caulker vacation.

The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. Audrey the host was phenomenal, always making sure we were comfortable and giving us information / advice about the area. Access to a water source and bikes were a definite plus. This place is a great home away from home, highly recommend!

I wish we would've stayed longer! Treetops exceeded my expectations. It was great to not stay on the main strip, and feel like you are away from the cluster of people, but in walking distance to everything. Audre, the property manager, was an absolute pleasure. She messaged us as soon as we booked, offered suggestions, and was super responsive. The room was so clean and serene - all you could hear were the waves (and wind because the weather was not cooperating when we were there). As we rode our bikes through the island, I looked around at other properties and I just knew we made the best decision! Highly recommend staying here!
