Beautiful location, welcoming and decorated tastefully throughout.

Property was fantastic, sofas weren’t the most comfortable! Looked in keeping with the decor, but not great to sit in! Sorry!

It is a beautiful setting only 5 kms away from Broadway. The garden was gorgeous and we loved the patio area for our meals. The interior is beautifully decorated. It is very comforable and we found it large enough for our family of 6. I would thoroughly recommend it. For fans of the Bridget Jones films, the church across the road is featured in the first scene in the first movie. It is the village where Bridget's parents live.

We were constantly scared of staining the white marble counter tops. There is a car park spot behind the house but it is only for small cars. We were unable to park our large 7 seater car in the driveway because there are always cars parked right in the front of the cottage and we just couldn't get the right angle to turn into the driveway. We were always able to find parking somewhere in the village though.

Utterly beautiful location with lovely country walks on the doorstep. Pub with good food next door! Very stylish property with comfortable beds. Plenty of comfortable seating outside with a stunning view. Would recommend.

Only a small thing- not enough toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets with no local shop to replenish. Also, no shower gel.

Everything was clean, straightforward and just wonderful. The location was exactly what we were after, as we wanted to do a couple of walks, have a few pub meals and generally enjoy the countryside. The helpful maps saved a bunch of googling. Induction aga was a first - perfect combination. I’m not sure how they keep the garden looking so lovely with only a couple of hours’ help a week!

We did trip on the bottom step and the shower temp / pressure thing was a bit of a nuisance, but in the grand scheme of things, particularly in an old home, these were trivial. And when I say old, the building is old, the interior is beautifully renovated, without losing its charm. Turn into the driveway was tight, but at least we had parking!

Lovely historic cottage, beautifully furnished and comfortable, had everything you could need and very clear instructions if you weren’t sure. Parking with the house, although tight to get through gate with a big car, as people park on the road, although we did manage
