I just want to say I had a very lovely time; the staff and the place were excellent, very polite and very respectful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was inviting, with tasteful decor that added to the overall experience. Each meal was a delight, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's talent. I truly appreciated the attention to detail, which made my visit memorable and enjoyable.

We were at Casa Arum for a week and we had a great time. Starting with the incredible staff, always smiling and proactive. Starting your morning with a delicious included Breakfast (Pepe and Luis with the kitchen team made the difference) on the rooftop was a bless. The room was perfect and with a short walk, we were in SMA Centro. Lots of good restaurants arrond. For us, it’s a 5⭐️!

Staff was very friendly. Our check in was very easy and they let us check in earlier than check in time. It’s a very small quiet Hotel. The only thing that it did not have was a blow dryer and iron and ironing board. Also they do offer free breakfast but we were offered the same breakfast 2 days in a row. So we went elsewhere for breakfast out second day stay. But otherwise everything else checked out great.

The property and the room were very nice. The rooftop was incredible with breath taking views. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location, walkable to downtown and across the street from the hotel there was a public bus stop. Suggestions: the room was lacking a full sized body mirror. The bathroom was nice and big but was lacking storage. I would definitely stay there again

Es una propiedad muy pequeña, con un diseño que pretende ser de lujo pero de mal gusto, una distribución de la habitación muy rara, el colchón rechinaba, la calle con mucho tráfico durante el dia, no tiene estacionamiento, muy caro para lo que es. Lo único destacable la amabilidad de todo su personal, felicidades por ello.

Excelent service over all. Place was clean and breakfast at the terrace was amazing. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. When we asked for guidance, they truly gave us great advise. We had a great time and enjoyed everything thus great city has to offer. Will for sure come back
