Amazing breakfast and service !!

No elevators

The location, the bathtub on the terrace and the tomato carpaccio at the lobby bar. Alejandro from reception was very very kind and welcoming.

In the morning there was a horrible sewer smell it was absolutely disgusting. No wonder they had so many glades in the room. The mattress was terribly old, every time you turned around it was squicky. When we had already checked out the hotel sent me a WhatsApp saying that they were going to charge us for a glass that we had not broke, when I replied that we didn’t break the glass they got very rude borderline insulting.

This is such a Gem ! The service from the moment you enter to checkout is excellent. They attend to your every need, helped getting us transportation to a wedding venue. Insured we were comfortable in our room., which was beautiful and kept super clean. The lady up at the rooftop breakfast Miriam was very kind and a very great cook. Husband felt safe taking local bus to explore the “ Mercado “ , excited to find several.Town is cobble stone and hills up and down walking can be difficult if not in shape . Ubers cheap and local bus super cheap and frequent.

This hotel was great. The rooms are very nice, the rooftop view is beautiful, and breakfast was delicious every day. The staff was super helpful, and very friendly. We took Uber to get around - it was super cheap. I would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Arun is a lovely boutique hotel with exceptional customer service. Alejandro kindly assisted us with our heavy luggage at the end of the day, making our stay even more enjoyable. Miriam prepared a delicious breakfast featuring fresh orange juice, coffee, fruits, and yogurt. We had a wide selection to choose from on a detailed menu, and everything was delightful I also have to thank Brenda and the other girls in reception for assisting us in the last minutes before we left the hotel. There were four of us, and our rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Thank you Casa Arum!!!

Not a complaint, but be aware that there is no elevator and if you are traveling with senior people it can be a little challenging. Also the hotel is not downtown but there are Ubers and bus transportation that stops infront of the hotel.

Everything was on point, the comfortable beds, the cleaning, the biggest bathroom I ever had in my life, L'Occitane cosmetics, beauty toiletry, beauty lighted mirror for makeup, huge TV with all the streaming apps, the huge shower, the 2 ambi purs for the home fragrances, the rooftop, the cocktails, the cooked food by Miriam, the presentation of Alejandro. I could easily say that it had it all.

Everything was perfect.
