Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable, stylish room with a fantastic bathroom. The staff were so very helpful. Up in hills but easy access to the center. A fantastic location to take sunset photos. I would have no problem staying there again.

The room was excellent, we stayed in the Superior King Suite with Balcony and it’s worth every penny. The bed was extremely comfy and the views from our balcony were amazing. The people that work at this establishment go out of your way to help you. Downside was it felt like we were the only guest, there was no chance to interact with other guest or bump into them, which is a bit disappointing for someone who enjoys mingling and meeting new people while on vacation. They have a really awesome rooftop with killer views but nothing was going on up there! That was a downside. They had a soft open for their new bar which had good drinks but that was for only the first night of our 4 night stay. I think since this place is pretty new it’s still working out all its kinks. Fyi this place has no elevator so after a long day on the streets you feel the climb to your room. Overall I would stay at this place again it’s def a gem with a great location!

We had a long stay in San Miguel of 8 nights. Due to this, we wanted a larger room so booked a superior suite. The description of our room was “ the suite comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The suite features aircon, a tea maker and coffee maker, a seating area, a wardrobe etc. Upon arrival we found our room was just a standard size room with no separate bedroom or living room, everything was in the one room. It was very disappointing. We decided to just get on with it, but after the first night we found the bed to be so noisy, making loud squeaking noises every time you moved or rolled over in the bed. We didnt sleep well at all. As we were staying for over a week, we requested an upgrade (which we were happy to pay for) and after 4 days we were able to move to the Presidential suite. The size of room was much better, and we were really happy. We jumped into the bed that night only to find the bed made the exact same noise as the other bed in our previous room ☹️ . We are not big people so it is not due to our size that it makes these noises. Our biggest disappointment is the description of the room was not accurate, and even after moving to their best suite (the Presidential suite), paying for the difference to do so, things like the noisy bed weren’t any better. We do have great praise for the staff, especially the lovely ladies who made breakfast in the morning - they were so lovely and helpful.

Hermoso hotel, celebramos nuestro aniversario mi pareja y yo, las recamaras son hermosas, el servicio y atención es excelente, ideal para poder ir y venir caminando del centro al hotel para descubrir rincones de San Miguel de Allende.
