"The suites do not include living rooms"

The decor in the rooms is very nice. The terrace is comfortable and it has spectacular views. Miriam served us a delicious breakfast and she was polite and friendly.

The "Suites" do not include living rooms as advertised. The hotel is misrepresenting the name "Suites". I brought it up to the front desk employee so they can adjust their listings. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and it is really tough to walk up from the centre of town after a long day of sight seeing. The terrace has a lovely view but you have to pay for it by walking a lot.

The breakfast was delicious. The servers were very nice.

The only thing that needs to improve would probably is to have an elevator for luggage

The location is perfect! Walking distance to El Mirador! The hotel is very clean! Our room was amazingly beautiful! Very cozy!! I love the rooftop too! Plus the free breakfast! The staff— KARLA— is amazing!! She is very helpful! I don’t know how to speak spanish and when i had to change our bus schedule she didn’t hesitate to help me! She is very friendly too! Thank you so much for your help Karla!! I will surely stay to this hotel again.
