Absolutely loved this hotel. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Jesus at the front desk was very nice and very helpful definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing!! The property is beautiful! My room was cozy , big and has a great spa like bathroom. The bathrobes are a plus. Jesus at the front fest was nice, courteous and helpful. Our rooftop breakfast was delicious and the cooks were willing to satisfy our hunger with their excellent cooking skills. I will definitely come back to this hidden gem.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and the whole experience was wonderful. Jesus was an outstanding help throughout our stay.

It’s not a complaint but just a comment so that people are aware. Casa Arum is about ten minutes walk down hill into the downtown. It’s a very pleasant, scenic walk with view from the mirador and lots of nice restaurants and shops along the way. It’s a steep walk back to the hotel. You can always take a Uber back and they are not expensive at all. There’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel. Also the hotel has no elevator. But the stairs are not bad and the staff helped us wit the bags. Everyone is very kind and pleasant.

Cosy, charm, clean and comfortable place to stay at entrance of San Miguel old city, it’s few minutes from the city center and steps away from the city belvedere. The terrace is calm and has an amazing city view, the breakfast is served there with eggs, juice and breads options. We stay as family there booking two rooms, spacious and with a cloudy comfort bed, the amenities are loccitane, shower is made of white marble stone giving a clean and fancy look. High recommended!

The hotel is in a great location with an amazing view from the breakfast terrace. I loved the great attitude by staff. Also, the breakfast was great! It's free, although I did leave a nice tip for the lady that cooked and served us. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean.

Our room had a view to the inner courtyard wich wasn't that nice. Wish that courtyard was at least nice, seemed like they where working on it or storing stuff.
