La Zambra Resort Mijas - Marbella The Unbound Collection By Hyatt

This is a review that I need to preface with the fact that I'm a Hyatt Globalist member that routinely logs between 70-90 hotel stays a year. My wife and I spent a week in Malaga and selected the La Zambra resort to stay. I had never stayed at a hotel that was part of the Unbound Collection and I was excited to learn more about this resort. The resort is about 20 minutes from the airport and 30-35 minute from downtown Malaga. The resort itself is gorgeous. It has a true Mediterranean feel. The back of the resort is wide open with 2 pools, 1 for adults and 1 for families. There are plenty of chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas. The adult pool in particular is very quiet. There was also an area by the pool that sold drinks and snacks until 7 at night. The Palomito restaurant was very impressive. Their breakfast spread has just about anything you could want. Eggs, pancakes, french toast, fruit, a range of juices, a pastry section, yogurt. Dinner was also very good. There is a spa, gym, and golf course for anyone interested in those activities. We didn't use the golf course, but it is very popular. Overall I was very impressed with the resort, I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

Had the most amazing time. Pictures don’t really do justice to how nice the place is. Spotless throughout with fantastic views, great breakfast and tasteful atmosphere. Spa highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at La Zambra! The resort is gorgeous with amazing attention to detail in both the design and landscaping. Staff were super friendly throughout our stay, especially at Palmito restaurant where the service was excellent and at the kids club where they entertained both of our toddlers. Can’t wait to come back!

10/10. Walking into the lobby of La Zambra brings an immediate sense of relaxation. Exceptional staff, clean and tranquil accommodation away from the city lights and sounds. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we will be back. Tip: ensure to visit the Picador restaurant when you visit.

Une expérience magique. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au calme entouré de verdure et de montagne. La vue est spectaculaire et vous invite au calme et à la sérénité. Les deux piscines sont agréables et le SPA vous invite à vous détendre. Le lit est tout simplement divin. Le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Vous avez sûrement compris que nous avons trouvé l’hôtel magnifique (que dire de la deco !)

The resort is beautiful, its literally just as beautiful as the pictures. The resort is clean, the staffs are friendly and responsive. Everything you want in a resort is present here. I will definitely recommend this hotel. I have nothing bad to say
