The view from the terrace and the hammocks. Great place to work, have a meal, meditate Every morning breakfast was wonderful, quiet. The lunch and dinner options were decent Easy walk to boat, key locations, and the beach Right across from a decent spa

I couldn't stay my final night because I was unable to get a flight that day, and they couldn't refund me I should have tried the yoga class

Breakfast nice and good location. Yoga sessions were good.

100 usd for a single room is overpriced, in my opinion. Yoga should be included in the guest price. 300 KES or 2 USD discount is not a big incentive to stay.

"Perfection on beautiful Lamu."

From before we arrived the team were responsive and helpful, Muzne and Jackie were exceptional. On arrival the team looked after us and during our stay their hospitality was fabulous in particular Lenas, and Kalamares. If we needed local information, tours, boats etc it was all well organised and communicated to us. We had the penthouse suite and it was superb, comfortable, plenty of space and lovely to have our delicious breakfast every day on the terrace. The food was fresh, and every meal we had was very tasty and great size-portions. We will be back to stay at Banana house again next year. Thank you for looking after us.
