La chambre était spacieuse. Service de lavage du linge OK

Pour commencer, l'accueil fût horrible. Nous avons été accueilli par Jackie la manager de l'hôtel qui c'est permise de demander à mon mari si on était bien ensemble ? On lui a demandé pourquoi cette question ? Elle n'a pas répondu. ( mon mari est un homme noir et moi je suis blanche ) visiblement il faisait tâche à mes côtés. Dans mon pays on appelle ça de la discrimination raciale et c'est punit par la loi . Après avoir gâché notre arrivée . Nous avons eu la chance de trouver des insectes dans nos draps qui ressemblaient à des punaises de lit 🥵. Ils ont changé les draps nous assurant que c'était pas ça. La chambre est ouverte sur l'extérieur donc aucune intimité. La moustiquaire était trouée, super dans un pays où il ya le paludisme. Les deux jours où nous avons séjourné après chaque passage de l'homme de ménage la porte de notre chambre est restée ouverte . On a même eu le droit de retrouvé la clef passe partout de l'hôtel sur notre porte qui donne accès à toutes les chambres de l'hôtel. Super la sécurité. Petit déjeuner médiocre pour une chambre à 200 euros la nuit , sauf si vous commandez des extras évidemment payant La piscine de l'hôtel est toute petite et trouble . Après un mois de voyage au Kenya cet hôtel est le plus minable que je connais au Kenya et pourtant il est cher . Votre hôtel et son personnel ne sont clairement pas une belle image pour Lamu et pour le Kenya Ci joint les preuves .

A delightful, welcoming hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms in a peaceful area just a couple of minutes from the restaurants and shops on the waterfront. Breakfasts were delicious (fresh fruit and omelettes for me) and everyone was happy to help with any requests.

No AC in our room, and our room was facing interior patios where people were smoking and talking. Really nice experience overall but a bit of a lack of privacy.

Great location. Easy to organise some activities. Very quiet area. Wonderful breakfast- fruit was amazing. Staff were very attentive and were only to keen to attend to your needs. Pool open 24 hours. Walking around barefoot

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The arrival briefing and welcome drink were a nice touch. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We did the walking tour of Lamu town and the sunset dhow cruise arranged by the hotel at an extra cost, and everything was wonderful.

The beds were rather high off the ground, but I guess that is the style in Lamu. Make sure to use your mosquito nets in the evening, as they are everywhere.
