Serene La Playa Boracay

Really good location and lovely staff!

Mould in the lift of the property has an unbearable smell that we would dread using it everyday.

Property clean and comfortable However I felt a bit closed in I should have booked deluxe with balcony

Room had two small windows I felt closed in

Location and hotel itself was nice

There were some small insects in the bed over night, so I could not stay there longer than 1 night. It was room 304. Another night I moved to the room 301, there were less insects and I also found lizard in the room.

1 min walk to the quieter Station 1 beach. Great breakfast and responsive staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. The shower and sink had great water pressure, and we didn't have any major issues. You get a basket and beach mat to borrow, so you can hit the beach in comfort.

The bathroom got a bit kulob after a while since it didn't have mechanical ventilation, but it's a minor thing. The tiles sloped towards the door so the water pooled there, but you can easily ask room service to address it when you leave for the day.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für insgesamt 4 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer wurde leider kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Im Bad roch es muffig und wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Nebenan werden Hähne an kurzen Leinen und Katzen in kleinen Käfigen gehalten, die entsprechend viel Lärm verursachen. Wir wurden täglich um 4 Uhr morgens von den Hähnen geweckt. Gut war, dass das Hotel in der Nähe vom White Beach Station 1 liegt und das Personal freundlich war.

The place was very convenient, just round the corner from the beach. The decor was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast meal was delicious as well. All in all, it was a good experience. We'll be back for sure!
