The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very close to the beach.

Room needs a bit of renovating.

Good service and very accommodating staff

Good location - close to the White Sand Beach. The reception staff was excellent and seemed friendly with all the hotel guests. The property is dated. The management team were absent or disinterested in handling my concerns from the property.

Not value for money. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room is poor. The tap in the vanity sink splurged out water towards the door causing the bathroom to be extremely wet and wet my clothes. No warning sign. No offer to dry my clothes. Hair is found on the table and drinking container. No bottled water was offered claiming environmental efforts to go green. Breakfast was cold. F&B service staff are helpful and friendly which is good. Breakfast offering - food is cold. Should be at least somewhat warmer. Service is good. Food is cold but you can still eat. I thought that the kettle was dirty to begin with but after cleaning it. I thought it was faulty but turns out the PowerPoint on the writing desk was not working. TV has HBO (few channels available - maybe 3 or 4) and you are able to watch for half an hour before it is disconnected). Wifi is not strong. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep. Killed some. Maybe they should provide mosquito nets for guest protection. Weather - rain every morning but that cannot be helped. Boracay is beautiful but the stay did not dampen my spirit. Overall it is still livable despite the many shortfalls experienced. I am a customer who wanted to provide some feedback however Management did not want to speak with me or address my concerns. Rooms are paid for and there no refund. They must have taken nice pictures of the rooms (great photography) because the product is dated.
