Serene La Playa Boracay

The staff are all friendly and very warm. They made me feel so welcome. They even prepared the free breakfast to take with me as the pick up to the airport was at 06:00.

Cockerel next door crowing all hours

The food was good. Wifi was fine. They did try to move us to another room but it was the same mouldy AC was damp.

Mouldy air quality but I think that’s just overall boracay and there was rats in our walls and flies after every cleaning.

Really great location, super friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant is really tasty.

The neighbours directly opposite have a cockerel, chickens, cat and a dog. And they all set each other off… from about 5am. I think if you stay to the back of the building you’ll escape it, but this bad boy was absolutely belting out the classics at our window. If you can roll with it, it does become quite funny.

Location is near the beach front.

1. Not value for money. You can find a cheaper and more comfortable one nearby. 2. It says new hotel but it's old. 3. The night staff was not polite. She knocked on the door even though my friends were sleeping already because it was past 11pm to charge us with additional fee even though there was a deposit of 3k. We end up moving to a cheaper and better hotel the next night. 4. No proper maintenance to kill insects that bite. 5. I don’t know but i don’t like the breakfast. I end up eating somewhere.

All the staffs are energetic! And smiling all the time!

There are roosters near by the hotel will wake you up in the very early morning 😂
