New, clean, spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No complimentary internet access unless you sign up for their loyalty program.

Clean, modern room with a very comfortable bed and good amenities.

The valet parking took a long time as there is a severe lack of room in the lay-by. Lots of cars were pulled up waiting for people to come to them, as well as people waiting to disembark. The valet was trying his best but it took 40+ minutes to get out the car and was over priced on this basis.

The staff was amazing Everything was clean and warm although it was a bit moody weather The staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and nice. They have even recognized us from previous years, and I am so grateful for that!

The food I don't know what happened, but either the chef is different or they changed suppliers For example, the ham in breakfast was so sour and had an odd taste - I couldn't eat it. The potatoes were so overdone that we couldn't chew them. We ended up leaving half of our breakfasts both days

All was good, lovely restaurant on 27 all staff very helpful and friendly
