I stayed at this hotel for one night and found the price-performance ratio to be really good. For the price, you get exactly what you’d expect—no frills. The room was clean and tidy, but nothing special—just simple and functional. The service was friendly, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, the hotel met my expectations as an affordable and clean place to stay for a short visit. If you’re not looking for anything fancy and just need a budget-friendly option, this is a solid choice. Conclusion: Great value for the price, but don’t expect more than the basics. 3.5/5 stars.

Great location.

We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were quite dirty with hair in the shower, clogged drain in one, greasy finger prints on the walls and old food under the water kettle.

Comfort bed.

Room conjested for 3 person. Not enuf space to put luggage as we stayed for 3 nights.

Position near station. Room clean

Breakfast is poor

Fried rice breakfast-rice very hard.

Reception area very old

Convenient location to Gambung station - but you need to be careful in the walk from the heavy traffic and bad pavement conditions - about 8 minutes. Hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet and good air conditioning - necessary in the heat. Perfectly happy as a convenient single traveller stop. Good selection of restaurants in the nearby mall which can be walked to very easily.
