Room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. Staff were very helpful in assisting transport arrangements. Location is close to station and a shopping centre with lots of food outlets but it is surrounded by very busybroads. We had an eighth floor room with views across.the city which was wonderful for watching new year fireworks

Breakfast lacked choice and was not great quality

We arrived by train from Yogya and checked out already at midnight for the Bromo trip. Hotel had all the facilities we needed and bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and efficient. next door to shopping centre with many eating facilities.

Massive beds, and good positioning to watch TV. Right next to the mall so easy food options for our one night stay. There were ants on our pillow when we first arrived, staff came to clear it up straight away and it was cleaner than ever. Not a problem at all after that. Helpful and friendly staff.

Really accessible- walking distance from the train station. Close to shops. Clean and comfortable, easy check in process. Nice hot shower and good wifi.

Bit loud I think with the aircon magbe - earplugs fixed that though!

Breakfast is good. The Location I can tell it's good too. It's a little bit hard to park a car. The price is worth it.

The parking area could have been wider/better. Everything else is OK.
