Staff was amazing! Food was really good and the hotel helped all sorts of things.

During our stay there was some noise from another hotel’s construction unfortunately

Es war so wunderschön und rundum perfekt! Es gab nichts was wir auszusetzen haben. Das Personal war super freundlich und immer zur Stelle wenn irgendetwas war. Die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und die Zimmer super schön. Die Managerin hat sich persönlich bei jedem Gast vorgestellt, das empfanden wir als sehr angenehm! Das Essen im Restaurant war unfassbar lecker. Wir haben fast jedes Gericht probiert und alles war aussergewöhnlich gut!

"Amazing stay at porter hotel"

Everything was amazing! Rooms were clean and very nice, staff were extremely friendly especially the manager who made effort to speak to us and give reccomendations. The food was amazing also and quite reasonably price. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back if we ever visit Kuta again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles sauber, schöne Zimmer. Anlage ist toll. Außerdem ist das Restaurant sehr gut und das Frühstück extrem lecker
