Our room was a bit run down with paper peeling off the walls. At first glance the inside looked very nice with old furnishings but it was not quite what we were expecting. Guess the description guesthouse should have clued us in. We never did find the shower. No TV in the room. Wifi fine. Bed was comfortable. The AC did not cool our room down very well.

This is a unique property and if you like Studebaker cars you’ll be in heaven. Lots of model cars and memorabilia.

No coffee in the room (you could make it in the communal kitchen area).

That was great that popcorn was provided as well as instant hot cereal and breakfast bars. Glad that we had a small refrigerator in the room. Our location was quiet and off the beaten path. The price for staying 4 nights was a great price. I like that extra lamps were given us upon request. I like that were able to sleep in a different room.

I noticed the great care involved displaying Studebaker/Advanti memorabilia in the house. Therefore I was surprised and did not like that the same carefulness was lacking in the cleanliness of the kitchen major appliances. The carpet in our room looked old with dark spots. The dim lighting and lamp fixture missing the 2nd lightbulb in the room made the place feel dirty, dreary, and creepy. We could not sit up in our bed because of the pictures on the wall were too low. I realize that the house I choose to stay four nights is dated. But I did not like that it was substandard and neglected instead of clean and ready.
