Close to downtown

Rundown street. Picture of house didn’t match profile. Second bed in room had a topper cushion that was wider than the bed, making it uncomfortable. We ended up not using it because of that. Bathroom was tiny and didn’t include shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash- so we didn’t use. When washing our faces in the sink, water dripped on the toilet paper roll underneath. Bathroom door knob kept coming apart. Upstairs TV didn’t work. Rug in room was dirty /stained. Tons of dust underneath fridge in room that sat atop a small table. Lots of signs saying quiet time after 8:45, but another guest was very loud on her phone until 2am- we didn’t sleep well because of that noise. Very disappointing experience.

If you are looking for a nice place to sleep, this is the place for you. They have a kitchen and a bathroom that are quite small but do their job. It’s clearly an older house, but is really well maintained. Everything was clearly labeled and it’s easy to find your room. Only thing is you have to deal with other people, so if you are expecting a house to yourself you would be wrong.

Stayed in The Loft at 131 Chapin. Code access worked perfectly. Extremely clean. We were happy to have a decent sized refrigerator to keep tailgate food cold. Loved having a Keurig in the room and microwave. We had everything we needed in this spacious and charming loft. Loved it.
