Die Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend groß. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, um Frühstück zu machen oder auch mal was selber zu kochen. Parkplätze in der Nähe. Man kann das French Quater gut zu Fuß erkunden. Der Pool auf dem Dach war auch ganz nett, um sich mal zwischendrin abzukühlen.

Zimmerreinigung muss angemeldet und bezahlt werden, was aufgrund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses auch ok ist. Es wäre jedoch gut,wenn z.B. auch nur Handtuchwechsel angeboten würde. Denn nur für Handtuchwechsel eine ganze Reinigung zu buchen, ist nicht sinnvoll.

We had an overall very positive stay here. The location is excellent - just a few blocks from the French Quarter, streetcar stops, and plenty of activities. The 2-bed/2-bath layout worked really well for our group, and the full kitchen with basic necessities made it easy to cook when we wanted. The decor was clean and simple, and the air conditioning worked great. Bathrooms were stocked with high-quality shampoo, body wash, etc. There’s also a rooftop pool (we went there to look, but didn’t use it).

That said, there were some downsides. The unit assigned to us (#101) was on the ground floor right next to the elevator, so we were woken up repeatedly every night by loud, drunken guests in the hallway. The noise wasn’t from the bar out front as the description warned, but from other guests right outside our door.  One of the bedrooms was so small that it had barely any room to get around the base of the bed, and the bed frame itself seemed broken. The bedrooms had no windows at all, and the only window in the whole unit was a non-functional one with a privacy film that you couldn't see through in the living room - which felt misleading compared to the listing photos showing apartments with actual windows. Lastly, when cooking, there was no way to vent air outside or open a window. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and comfort, but the noise and lack of natural light kept it from being a better experience.

I really liked the comfortable beds, having a washer/dryer in unit and the kitchenette area. We also had close access to the French Quarter which is where we wanted to be.

The "master" bedroom door wouldn't close due to the room layout and bed. When we first arrived the air conditioner was dripping all over the living room floor, although I appreciate how quickly that was handled. Finally, the walls were very thin both within the apartment but also between units.

O apartamento era bem espaçoso e as camas confortaveis. É exatamente o que tem no anuncio. Fica a poucos passos da bourbon street. Fiz tudo a pé. Tem um bar na recepção que dá pra tomar um drink.

O apartamento é no terreo e a unica janela que tem, da pra um estacionamento. O vidro da janela é fosco, mas a noite, ficava passando umas sombras que incomodavam.
