Location, full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils I mean ready to go,

Mostly a few cosmetic things. The shower curtain rod in the first bathroom has been moved multiple times and has peeled paint off the wall. You just need to repaint it. It looks tacky. The bedroom door and the second bedroom doesn't open far enough to get past the bed per se because it hits the air conditioning duct. A good Carpenter could fix that for you. Just need to cut the notch out of the door. I'll move the bed around. Possibly add some dish towels if you don't want to use the dishwasher all the time. I wear glasses and I cannot see without them. There needs to be a small shelf in the bathroom somewhere near the sink for somebody to put their glasses on while they're taking a shower. I had to leave them on top of the toilet. It was kind of a weird moment. The only other thing we discovered was somebody must have broken a glass in the room. Previously we found a few shads of small glass on the rug. Also there was no place to put your clothes like in drawers or anything. Plenty of hangers. Plenty of hooks but not everything hangs like underwear, socks, etc.. also possibly clean the windows on the outside. They were kind of dirty you know but not a big deal. And one of the curtain rods is bent.

La clim très bruyante et qu'on ne pouvait pas couper Plus de pile dans la télécommande de la TV et un mal fou à joindre le staff, remplacement après 3h 4 serviettes de douche pour 5 malgré le signalement pas de serviette supplementaire

The location is good, very close to the main streets in the French quarter.

The apartment was fine but we found many issues. The TV never worked even after maintenance came. The shower had no hot water during 1 day. And it is like a basement, you have almost no natural light…

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was plenty large enough for our group. The apartment was clean and modern, with excellent air conditioning. Check in was a breeze, read the instructions carefully and access isn’t a problem. The Sonder app also allows access by holding your phone toward the locks - an excellent feature! The bar downstairs was fantastic for a quick drink in the morning or evening. Some fittings in the bathrooms were looking a little tired, but overall the property was in really good shape.

Soundproofing is not great, so if the theatre next door is moving a show in or out it can be a little noisy in the living room late at night or early in the morning. The bedrooms being in separate rooms mitigated much of this though.

Cet appartement était un vrai bonheur, à distance à pied des points d'intérêt de la Nouvelle Orléans. Bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup de parkings alentours. L'application était correcte et l'entrée sans difficulté. On a apprécié avoir 3 chambres, de quoi préparer à manger et faire notre lessive. La piscine a ravi les ados..

Quand on est arrivé, il nous a fallu vider les filtres très encrassés du sèche linge et remettre la porte de la partie buanderie sur ses gonds. 2 chaises pour un appartement de 6, c'est peu. Il faudrait envisager des tabourets ou chaises pliantes pour les repas.

Sehr stylische Wohnung, super bequeme Betten (und auch das Sofa), tolle Lage- 5 min zu Fuß zur Bourbon Street. Kontaktloser Check-In, verhältnismäßig günstiges Parkhaus direkt vor der Tür (23€ pro Übernachtung)

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es kann abends und nachts schon mal etwas lauter sein draußen…
